Whether it's sales, support, returns, or anything else, our team is here and ready to assist you. If you need to get in touch with us outside our hours of operation, please leave us a voicemail or shoot us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we are back in the office. We do our best to respond to all customer inquiries within one business hour.
Oh yeah, we almost forgot to mention... DPA headquarters is located in Kent Washington (just South of Seattle and North of Tacoma). So, everything mentioned above is based on us being in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.
For the reasons below, we will be closed in observance of the following holidays:
New Year’s Day - So that we can all sign up for gym memberships that we are only going to use for two weeks.
Memorial Day - To all of our Military Vets, thank you for your service!
Independence Day - Well, we are American, that’s why.
Labor Day - So that we can all spend the day patting ourselves on the back for working hard by not working.
Thanksgiving Day - Because Turkey is awesome and it makes you sleepy. If you are a vegetarian, Tofurkey is awesome too!
Christmas Day - So that we can all mentally recover from the previous two months of holiday music on the radio.
